Eligibility
Employees who meet the eligibility requirements based on weekly hours worked may participate in the benefits program. All benefits begin on the first of the month following your date of hire. Part-time and internship employees are not eligible to participate.
If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.
Eligible dependents include: (1) Your legal spouse; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage. Dependents may remain enrolled in your healthcare plan until the conclusion of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 26.
